Mary has been the Executive Director since July of 2000. Since then, Rebecca Crowder's vision of a non-profit for terminally ill seniors, has become a reality.
After the success of a Golf Tournament at the Roddy Ranch in September 2000, the wheels were in motion to establish An Elderly Wish Foundation in memory of Rebecca's mom, Elizabeth McWhorter.
Mary has managed the daily operations of AEWF at 301 W. 10th Street in Antioch. She works closely with her Board of Directors and a small number of volunteers to "make wishes come true" for seniors living in Contra Costa County.
