Our foundation grants
wishes in Contra Costa County, California.
An Elderly Wish Foundation recently made their 150th wish come true, and we look forward to many more to come!
Elsie Pray (96) who is wheelchair bound wished to have us provide a handicap accessible vehicle and money for dinner, so she could treat her son and daughter-in-law to dinner at Scott's Restaurant.
Ninevah Williams (65) wished for badly needed hearing aids after her sudden loss of hearing.
Gail Walker (69) wished to revisit Honolulu one more time to re-live the memories from her childhood.
Maxim Persidsky (93) needed help retrieving lifelong keepsakes and valuable books from a storage area that was going to be moved.
Wish # 142
Velma Jones (66) -Due to her health, a trip to New York was impossible; so between AEWF, family and friends, New York was brought to her with a New York Themed party. She even had a crooner, Mike Spellman, sing "New York, New York" to her.
Sheryl Wilson (64) had a dream, as an avid Giant's fan, she wanted a personal tour of AT&T Park, a visit with players and a chance to attend a game with her family and friends.
