Seniors 50+ in Contra Costa County with a chronic or life-threatening illness may qualify. Each wish is considered based on need, health, and available resources.
Anyone—family, friends, care teams, or the seniors themselves—can refer. Just complete our online form or call us, and we’ll walk you through the process.
Wishes are as unique as each senior—think family reunions, special outings, favorite meals, or heartfelt experiences. We strive to make every wish meaningful.
