Brenda Kennedy, Trip to PAWS

Our latest wish was granted yesterday for our recipient Brenda Kennedy (86 years old). AN ELDERLY WISH FOUNDATION provided her a trip to PAWS (Performing Animal Welfare Society) in San Andreas. Also known as the elephant sanctuary. Brenda has a special love for elephants and has always wished she could get up close and personal with them. Well, yesterday her wish came true! It was a long day for her and her friend Suzan Chu that accompanied her. AEWF arranged for transportation to and from PAWS. Their day started very early in the morning; the special tour started at 8:45AM. In her own words the day was SPECTACULAR! She had a wonderful time and said she just couldn't describe it. She loved how intelligent the elephants are. "It was amazing to see them up close and personal" she said.
