Delta Advocacy Foundation "Jack Roddy's Last Roundup"

On July 18th Elderly Wish board members attended along with

Delta Advocacy Foundation, A celebration of "Jack Roddy 's last Roundup

Golf Tournament and Dinner" at Lone Tree Golf Course."

The event took place with a golf tournament followed by a BBQ dinner.

The proceeds will help fund the Jack Roddy Memorial Scholarship

for High School Seniors.

A golf bag was auctioned off after dinner, that was signed by Jack Roddy.

It was sold for $2500.00. There was a video of Jack Roddy's remarkable life.

Many people spoke of the generosity and kindness that he had toward his community.

The Lone Tree Golf Course did a great job. The Tri tip Dinner was delicious.

Everyone had a very nice time.

It was so nice to see many of the past community leaders there along with new ones.

The only way that these foundations can survive and contribute to our city's future is

through your donations and attendance at these types of events. What a great job to all

who put this event together.
