Jim Tuer Wish

Jim Tuer currently resides at Diablo Valley Post Acute in Concord with severe COPD. He is unable to breath without oxygen. His wish was for a new wheelchair with an oxygen tank holder as his old one is no longer usable. He loves being able to go outside for fresh air in the patio. He was so happy when we rolled in his new wheelchair today!

We love granting wishes and putting smiles of joy on people's faces.
