John's wish to see his son

74-year-old, John Simonds was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer. He had requested a wish from Kati Knox at Grace & Glory Hospice. John's wish was to see his son & daughter in law who live in Missouri. His son, Steve Simonds, gave us the dates he would be available to come out here. Elderly Wish Foundation booked flights, a rental car and hotel stay

They arrived on July 9th. Steve wanted his dad to see him get married, so Kati arranged a small intimate ceremony with cake. So much joy and memories were made. John passed July 12th with his son by his side.
